BadgeAmerica was formed in the Fall of 1990 for the
purpose of installing card operated control devices on
the photocopier and microfilm equipment of the Library
of Congress in Washington, D.C. and National Archives
in the various Presidential Libraries located throughout
the United States. In the following year the company
began providing campus one card systems to various
colleges and universities throughout New England.
After 1996 BadgeAmerica began to focus its activities
on Digital Photo Identification Cards of every kind and
capability; the assembly, sale, service, and supply of
customer operated ID Card Making Systems became
its main focus.
The United States Navy, SquareD Electric Corporation,
Onondaga County NY, Barnstable County, MA, the City
